For 20 years I've built things that have to actually work: first as an engineer and project lead at Thales, Airbus and the French Space Agency, then as the founder of companies where I run product, technology and finance myself, every single day.

That entrepreneurial background is my real edge. I don't just hear a business strategy, I digest it. I know what a P&L feels like, what a bottleneck costs, and where the real ROI hides. So I turn strategy into tactical, buildable approaches, and then I do the part most people stop short of: I build it, and I ship it. In production, not in theory.
