In the dynamic startup environment at Simplifield, I manage strategic IT projects, orchestrating the entire lifecycle from solution definition to deliverable tracking. Concurrently, I serve as Data Engineer, Tech Lead, and Product Owner for the Analytics domain, where I designed and deployed a robust technical stack, enabling the company to fully leverage its data and develop high-value features.

Success Story: Development and implementation of an internal dashboard suite with Tableau, providing Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with a consolidated and instant view of key data. This solution reduced the time spent on data preparation by several hours per week, significantly improving team efficiency and responsiveness in client interactions.

Responsible for the implementation of complex biometric solutions for institutional clients (governments, national police forces), I managed a team of over 14 people and collaborated with stakeholders in Colombia, Chile, France, Morocco, and Poland. Expert in cost and risk management, I led projects using AGILE methodology, coordinating the development of mobile applications and IT systems.

Success Story: Project Manager and Product Manager for the "Cédula Digital Colombia" application, which revolutionized the country's identification system by introducing an internationally recognized digital identity document. This project, awarded "Most Innovative Project of 2020" by IDEMIA, propelled Colombia among the global leaders in digital governments according to the OECD.
