Conception, development, and solo launch of Endaro, a clinical productivity solution for healthcare professionals. The application allows for AI-assisted recording and automatic transcription of medical consultations, to reduce the administrative burden on practitioners and save them significant time on writing their reports. Currently used by a hundred healthcare professionals.

•Mobile:Cross-platform iOS & Android application developed in React Native and NativeWind, published in production on the App Store and Play Store.

•Web— complementary platform developed in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.

•AI & security:voice transcription via Azure Speech, with a secure and encrypted cloud architecture designed for the confidentiality of health data.

•Monetization:auto-renewable subscriptions managed cross-platform: Stripe on the web side, RevenueCat on the mobile side ("Endaro Pro" offer), with App Store Connect configuration and Apple App Review management.

•Go-to-market:multichannel acquisition: direct outreach to doctors, Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

This project demonstrates the ability to single-handedly manage a complete product, from code to sales, on both mobile and web, in a demanding field (health, sensitive data, Apple ecosystem) — combining full-stack technical skills, marketing acquisition, and product sense.

Member of the founding team of a music festival. End-to-end design and deployment of a web platform in production (online ticketing, shop, administration dashboard). Development of a React + TypeScript frontend and an Express + PostgreSQL backend with role-based administrator access. Integration of Stripe Checkout and webhooks for secure payment processing. Deployment and operation of the infrastructure on a VPS (Nginx, PM2, automated backups, SSL). Operational management of the event: sales monitoring, partner/sponsor rates, and participant management.

Development of an emission factor web application used by sustainability teams to streamline reporting and replace manual Excel processes. Maintenance and improvement of two internal applications, including the control management system developed in Laravel + Livewire. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage tickets, and deliver incremental improvements.
