Responsible for all operations in our photo studio located in Warsaw, Poland (18 photo sets). Main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and optimal customer service. Managed the production of 425,000 apparel product images in 2023, marking a 57% increase from 2022. Expanded and managed a pool of 244 external vendors, optimizing production capacity. Monitored and ensured adherence to service level agreements. Created and managed the overall studio budget. Oversaw end-to-end delivery of apparel and fashion imagery, from shooting to final client delivery. Identified and implemented improvement levers to increase internal team efficiency. Defined roles and responsibilities for vendors operating daily in the studio.

Managed a team of 12 producers. Planned and executed all photo shoots for APAC region clients. Responsible for opening production departments in three overseas offices (Tokyo, Bangalore, and New York). Point of contact for technological innovations within the production department. Leads the Photographer Success Program, optimizing their collaboration and productivity. Contributed to building the FTE model. Analyzed KPIs, such as service level agreements, quality metrics, and client satisfaction levels.

Supervised projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets. Collaborated with photographers, art directors, stylists, and post-production teams to produce photography that met clients' high standards. Contributed to the creation and installation of all sets.
