As the founder and manager of La Foudre, I assist my clients in creating custom websites and optimizing SEO. My role is to oversee all projects, from needs analysis to delivery, ensuring adapted and high-performance solutions. I handle the design of showcase and e-commerce sites, with particular attention to user experience (UX/UI) and technical performance. In parallel, I develop comprehensive SEO strategies to improve my clients' visibility on search engines. Through a results-oriented approach, La Foudre stands out for its ability to boost companies' online presence and increase their conversion rates. My expertise allows me to combine creativity and performance for effective digital solutions.

As the Digital Transformation and AI Project Manager at Median, I was responsible for leading digitalization initiatives and implementing artificial intelligence solutions. My role included managing complex projects from the design phase to implementation, while ensuring team adoption of new processes. I coordinated the deployment of technological solutions to improve operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and integrate AI into key company services. Through rigorous management and close collaboration with stakeholders, I facilitated a smooth digital transition, allowing Median to remain at the forefront of innovation.

In 2020/2021, I worked as a Business Engineer at Neolynk, an IT consulting firm specializing in placing developers on various projects. My role was to understand client needs, source and select qualified developers, and then place them on suitable assignments. I also ensured project follow-up to guarantee client satisfaction and the successful execution of tasks. This experience allowed me to acquire project management skills and familiarize myself with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, by collaborating with IT teams working in sprints. I also developed communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, while overseeing technical teams to ensure project success.
