• • Spearheaded extensive capital expenditures (CAPEX), including the installation of 3 new production lines (Cable Lug/Solenoid/Wire Braiding), automated pad printing, assembly systems, Melamine Injection Machine, 120 RPM eccentric presses, and CNC Wire EDM machinery.
