Managing 29 participants performing the following functions: Reviewing the editorial calendar and making practical daily posts in the Facebook group. Creating learning groups. Resolving doubts from Monday to Friday within 24 hours. Providing help, support, and motivation to the participating mothers. Fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment. Acknowledging and recognizing good work and team collaborations. Managing comments during live Q&A sessions. Preparing participants' questions for the live sessions. Ensuring compliance with group rules on Facebook. Conducting online coffee chats with the tutor. Responding to emails from group members. Providing support in the learning department when needed. Attending weekly meetings for evaluation, analysis, and sharing with the rest of the tutor team.
