Management and Steering of a project to implement a BI report of monthly performance KPIs for the COMEX: Project study supervision, Preparation of the associated schedule and budget, Planning, Preparation, Coordination and Animation of follow-up meetings, project committees and steering committees, Monitoring, Adjustment and Management of the schedule and budget, Drafting of the project specifications, Management of different teams: business, development, Specification of an application for automatic loading of Excel files to feed the report, Pre-framing, drafting of the specifications for a JIRA platform for ticket tracking: incidents, requests, changes, tasks according to ITIL standards, Support to business teams for the implementation of a performance monitoring report for the Gabon mine: Participation in weekly meetings for clarification and specification of needs, definition of the schedule and tasks, and definition of stakeholder roles, Support to the IT department's technical teams for the implementation of the performance report on the Power BI platform while respecting the IT standards defined within the IT department (data copy to ERAMET's central Data Lake), Framing and Drafting of specifications for the proposal of a BI report repository for mining operations according to business needs.

End-to-end management of Microport CRM's 3 factories: France, Italy, and Dominican Republic, Functional and application mapping of the 3 factories to standardize and harmonize the processes of the three factories, Management of a multidisciplinary and international team, Implementation of a multi-level support model for the factories, Coordination and Steering of various projects for the improvement of the factories' information systems, Management of the team's budget and defined projects, Management of suppliers and service providers, Definition of the team's Roadmap in line with the overall IT Roadmap, Participation in the project to implement the Windchill PLM tool for the company's quality document management, Participation in the project to implement the SAP tool for the entire company and the interface with MES tools, Being the technical-functional referent for factory directors for the entire Manufacturing scope of the factory, Global and transverse vision between company departments: Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, Purchasing, Legal, HR, Marketing, RA..., Taking charge of and applying quality procedures in a medical industry context, Working in close collaboration with the network and infrastructure team for the management and renewal of factory infrastructures, Working in close collaboration with the Workplace team for the renewal and security of the park of all PCs used in the factories.

I held three different positions: Business Relationship Manager (BRM) MOM Manufacturing Albéa Group for Cosmetic Packaging

• Piloting and Coordination Shopfloor Online MES solution deployment for Albéa manufacturing factories.

• Synchronization, Coordination and Piloting of several teams activities (network infrastructure, development and business).

• Preparing and leading of projects progress meeting.

• Preparing and leading of new deployment projects (Project costing, RFA…).

• Deployement of the two Production and Quality modules in the Albéa factories using a CORE MODEL common approach.

• UAT Test of the MES developed solution and Support to run the MES system in the factory.

• Link the system MES to SAP to exchange information (WO, BOM…)

• Define the Albéa factories requirement which needs to implement the MES solution (Business trip to different factories).

• Implementation of an MES deployment kit wich aims to help the factories implement the MES solution

• Preparing and leading the Kick-off meeting in collaboration with the editor.

• Define the MES implementation projects roadmap for 2020 and the correspondent budget. Proxy Product Owner (PPO) SNCF Réseau : Agile Methodology & Design Thinking

• Definition & description of US (Users Stories) according to client needs for each sprint (Duration of sprint = 3 weeks).

• Design of supervision and maintenance models of SNCF equipment.

• Workshop animation with the client, presentation of models and described US.

• Participation in the business recipe and coordination with the dedicated tester on the project.

• Be the interface between the business and the application development team.

• Translation of business needs to functional specification for the application to be delivered .
