My approach is based on a reading of life paths, grounded in the social sciences and more particularly in an anthropological approach, validated by a university master's degree.

In concrete terms, this allows me to understand the individual, social, and territorial dynamics at play, in order to build solutions adapted to each person supported.

I have worked with very diverse groups: young people who have dropped out of school, migrants, people in semi-liberty, or those in professional transition.

For each situation, I offer co-constructed, realistic, and operational solutions, taking into account the constraints, the resources of the territory, and the objectives.

Thanks to a strong professional network (Mission Locale, France Travail, training organizations, training centers), I can provide you with up-to-date knowledge of the systems, training courses, and needs of the territory.
