Human resources professional, I rely on a complete academic and practical background, ranging from sociology to HR functions in companies.

After three years of a sociology degree, I developed a fine understanding of social dynamics, organizations, and collective behaviors, particularly through numerous field surveys. This training allowed me to acquire a real ability to analyze human relations in a professional context.

I then moved into human resources with a bachelor's degree completed through work-study at a temporary employment agency. This experience allowed me to develop concrete skills in recruitment management, supporting companies in their staffing needs, and connecting candidates with employers.

I continued my journey with a master's degree in human resources through work-study at the NGE group, a major player in public works in France. Today, I am employed on a permanent contract within this same group, holding a field-oriented and operational position where I am responsible for the administrative and human management of teams: staff monitoring, medical visits, timekeeping, temporary worker coordination, equipment, administrative monitoring of construction sites, as well as relations with agencies and site teams.

Rigorous, organized, and comfortable in dynamic environments, I now wish to put my HR skills to use in complementary freelance assignments, particularly in administrative HR management or employee support and listening.
