Responsible for user experience integration at:

- Aligning R&D teams on user-centric methods (identification of 48 UX tools, alignment of designers' tools and methods across 3 international sites, proposal of common and multidisciplinary tools, insights)

- Creation of a trend lab and a tool-supported method for trend scouting and transformation into potential business (management of a €50k budget, 89 trends identified, 93% visitor satisfaction and a score of 4.27/5)

In charge of introducing digital tools within the design activity of the Saint Gobain Research Compiègne center:

- Development of a creativity session and creation of UX tools (technological bricks, personas, functional sheets, societal trends, etc.)

- Scouting and classification of technologies developed in internal R&D

Research project on multidisciplinary collaboration in remote contexts:

- Creation of virtual facilitation tools (feedback collection sheets, customer journey maps, usage scenarios)

- Conducting remote work and demonstration sessions (Organization of a prototype demonstration event remotely with over 30 employees from 4 international sites)

- Creation of a technology presentation scenario for the CES trade show in Las Vegas (Creation of a multisensory experience based on storytelling, creation of training tools for facilitators, creation of the illuminating roof motif presented at CES 2020 in Las Vegas)
