PLM transformation program aimed at deploying Windchill 13 in a complex, multi-site industrial environment (France/Germany), involving numerous business stakeholders (Engineering, Manufacturing, Services), IT, and integrator (Accenture), with strong emphasis on process harmonization, cross-functional coordination, and business validation (UAT).

• Product Owner role for the Engineering and Manufacturing scopes, in direct support of the Functional Architect.

• Cross-functional coordination between Business Owners, Initiative Owners, Key Users, and IT/integrator teams.

• Contribution to prioritizing initiatives and epics, in line with business value and project capabilities.

• Support for functional maturation: clarifying needs, reviewing user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring functional documentation consistency.

• Identification of blocking points, dependencies, and functional risks, with proposed solutions and decisions.

• Key role in UAT phases: defining test strategy, writing and reviewing test scripts, preparing and supporting Key Users, consolidating results, tracking anomalies and Change Requests.

• Interface between business departments, functional architecture, and development teams to ensure solution/business needs alignment.

• Contribution to preparing necessary materials for user training and solution adoption.

In a large-scale agile organization, I led a team of 10 consultants to carry out change management activities within the framework of AIRBUS's major digital transformation program (DDMS).
