After several years at Accenture working with major industrial groups (aerospace, energy, infrastructure), I founded Siembra, an AI solution that connects engineering and procurement to transform industrial performance – addressing cost, risk, and supply chain resilience.

Today, I work as a freelancer on consulting missions in purchasing transformation, sourcing strategy, and AI solution deployment in procurement and industrialization departments.

Within Accenture's Industry X practice, I supported major industrial groups (aerospace, energy, infrastructure) with their purchasing and supply chain issues: component cost optimization, supply risk mitigation (single source, geographic exposure, raw material price volatility), supplier panel structuring, and procurement process digitalization. These missions gave me a cross-functional view of issues at the engineering-procurement interface – the foundation on which I founded Siembra.
