In a context of reorganization and IT system structuring, I led the complete migration of a Microsoft 365 tenant to a new environment, with a clear objective: to ensure business continuity while strengthening IT security and governance.

The mission covered:

Beyond the technical aspects, the challenge was to offer a smooth transition for users, minimize the impact on productivity, and lay a solid foundation for the company's future growth.

Result: a secure, structured, and fully operational Microsoft 365 environment, aligned with business needs, the success of which led to establishing a long-term partnership with the company.

In this project, I collaborated with the Health, Safety & Working Conditions (SST) teams and the stores/CSE regions to automate the collection and production of H&S assessments nationwide.

The project involved:

Deploying, via Google App Script, a Google Sheets file per store, automating the collection of data related to workplace accidents, commuting accidents, occupational diseases, absenteeism rates, significant events, training, expenses, and safety checks.

Centralizing and controlling data in a main Google Sheet to allow verification and comments before generating the final reports.

Automatically generating a Google Slides presentation per store and per region, via a JavaScript script from Google Sheets, replacing manual collection that previously took 1 to 2 days per store. Today, this operation takes only 5 minutes.

Providing a monitoring dashboard, allowing managers to view the progress of report generation in real-time.

Impact: the project significantly reduced the processing time for H&S assessments, improved data reliability and quality, and strengthened the decision-making capacity of managers and CSEs through accurate and automated reports.

As part of the Size Management project, I worked with European store and operations teams to automate the provision of bicycle stock forecasts, by category and by country.

The project involved:

Providing, via Google App Script, a file per European store, to forecast the number of bicycles in stock and in showrooms, broken down by category: children's, adult's standard, and adult's electric.

Allowing each country to configure its specificities, including product range choices, sales growth, and rental forecasts, to generate the most reliable data possible for stores.

Integrating language management, so that each file automatically adapts to the language of the respective country.

Implementing dashboards to monitor the deployment and adoption of the solution in all relevant stores.

Ensuring the reliability of forecasts and providing stores with a precise and centralized decision-support tool.

Impact: the solution enabled European stores to better plan their inventory, reduce stockouts and overstock, and optimize bicycle availability to maximize sales and customer satisfaction, while offering an interface adapted to each language and local context.
