I have been involved since the beginning on software to control the process of assembly lines in a production plant. The software interfaces with numerous tools and peripherals, configures them, processes data, and ensures traceability of results. The operator is guided on the operations to perform, and production data (barcodes of parts used, tightening angle and torque, photo of the assembled part, date/time, operator...) are stored and visible in real-time or after archiving.
