Main features:

- Automatic triggering every 48 hours at 9:00 AM

- Random selection of an unpublished post from Airtable (Status field)

- Downloading the associated illustration and uploading via the LinkedIn API

- Construction and publication of the payload (text, image, visibility PUBLIC, lifecycle PUBLISHED)

- Automatic update of the Airtable status after publication

- Email alert if the content queue is empty

Technical stack: n8n, Airtable API, LinkedIn REST API (v2), SMTP. This workflow eliminates any manual intervention in the publication routine and allows managing a complete editorial calendar without a paid third-party tool. Result: 100% of scheduled publications sent on time, zero omissions, zero manual copy-pasting.
