◦ o Planning and execution of acceptance testing

• Incident support

◦ o Follow-up with business and development teams

◦ o Testing of fixes and validation with business teams

Within the Kering Tech IT department, Customer Care division: supporting the evolution of the Odigo CTI administration for its upgrade, as well as support in its use, configuration, and administration to meet the different needs of the customer service departments of the Kering group brands.
