Since 2005 - Development of laboratory activities through customer loyalty and the implementation of a quality approach. Doubled the turnover generated with an increased volume of digitized documents: 750,000 images generating nearly €1 million in turnover to date. Clients: Vuitton, Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, IGN, ECPAD/Armies, BNF, INA, Centre Pompidou.

Customer loyalty for major private sector clients such as Cartier and Vuitton. Integration of new markets such as Van Cleff & Arpels, the Giacometti and Le Corbusier foundations through recommendations and networking. Production ramp-up: implementation of a customer satisfaction approach, competitive and technological monitoring, selection, purchase, and installation of new equipment, organization of test plans, management of license agreements and maintenance schedules.

1999-2005 - Gradual team building, from 2 to 10 employees. Launch of long-cycle or recurring projects in the laboratory and at client sites, including the digitization of 2.5 million aerial views for IGN (8 years), 40,000 drawings for the Pelliot Fund on-site (2 years), 650,000 views for the Army's communication service on-site (6 years), 50,000 negatives for INA.

Implementation of participatory management, leading to a decrease in turnover and then stabilization of the team: recruitment, training, and distribution of tasks on-site and in the laboratory, leading meetings, evaluation, and weekly reporting. Participation in calls for tenders, sourcing and supplier management, monitoring of public/private client relations.
