With a Master's degree in Labor Law, I worked for 12 years as a generalist HR manager. Passionate about human relations, I specialized in labor relations and now work as a freelancer in all aspects of knowledge transfer: trainer for students (from Bachelor's to Master's 2, in all HR and management fields) and professionals, coach (trained in various tools including systemic analysis, NLP, hypnosis...), recruitment/sourcing consultant (all profiles, certified in Sosie2), HR consulting, operational support, team building facilitation, support for quality of life and working conditions (QVCT) initiatives, career management (GPEC approach), diversity management... I work as a part-time HR manager in all types of structures.
