I also work with companies in the context of training (awareness of health and safety, prevention of harassment) or investigations following a report (moral, sexual harassment...).

The Labor Code requires companies to comply with a multitude of obligations, the existence or consequences of which they are often unaware of in case of non-compliance. The pitfalls to avoid are innumerable. I therefore provide my clients with regular monitoring and tailor-made legal watch, so that they can concentrate on the core of their business.
