Independent legal secretary specializing in corporate law, I decided to create AJI 83 in 2021 and set up my own business to offer my experience to legal and accounting professionals, as well as business leaders.

My services are aimed at legal professionals (lawyers, judicial officers, judicial experts, notaries) and accounting professionals (chartered accountants), as well as future and current business leaders wishing to outsource their company's legal affairs.

1. Annual Corporate Legal Services: Drafting legal documents concerning the annual approval of commercial company accounts, electronic filing, updating various legal registers.

2. Exceptional Corporate Legal Services: Drafting legal documents in corporate law: company formations, various statutory modifications (change of manager or management bodies, transfer of registered office, opening of secondary establishments, capital increase, loss of half of the share capital, dissolution-liquidation, deregistration), completion and follow-up of related formalities with various competent bodies, establishment and filing of the document relating to the beneficial owner(s) of a company.

3. Transcription of digital dictations of letters (summons for expert assessment, etc.) and legal documents (requests, summons, pleadings, expert reports), expert reports (medical, construction, etc.), certificates of facts.

4. Transcription of digital dictations of medical expert reports, bailiff's certificates.

5. Monitoring of judicial proceedings (judicial court, administrative court, court of appeal).

6. Chasing unpaid invoices.
