Hello, my name is Emmanuelle. I worked for 15 years in companies as a general lawyer and then as Head of Insurance and Business Legal Services (managing a team of about ten junior and senior lawyers within a Legal Department).

Having worked in a large insurance group and for marketing and communication departments, I have proven expertise in consumer law, particularly in advertising and customer journeys (commercial prospecting, canvassing, information provision, sales, websites, etc.), as well as in contract law and insurance law, and some competence in intellectual property.

My managerial experience (including an 18-month certified training) also allows me to take on legal transition manager roles and provide support in case of absence (maternity leave, parental leave, sick leave, etc.).

My various positions and years of experience in companies have provided me with a solid legal foundation and a very operational approach to business.
