Intervention in squads and transverse support on business products (SaaS, B2B), with a strong UI & delivery focus: design and iteration of clear and robust interfaces, aligned with the Muesli DS, participation in workshops focused on user needs and impact, in close collaboration with the Squad (UX, PO, BA, devs) and the design Chapter.

CONTEXT: Evolution of products intended to support business teams in their daily activities. As a Product Designer integrated into an agile squad, my main role is to design clear and robust interfaces, aligned with the design system, and to support product delivery in close collaboration with the product and technical teams.

TASKS:

- Integration into an agile product squad in a banking and business environment

- Support for the squad in designing new features and evolutions

- Adherence to the Design System to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience on the platform

- Design support (Participation in Daily stand-ups, workshops, evangelism...)

- Close collaboration with PO, BA, developers, and QA during agile rituals (refinement, reviews)

- Co-design with a UX Designer partner (user flows, information hierarchy, wireframes)

- HD mockups and animated prototypes

- UI arbitration and contribution to delivery quality in a context of strong functional constraints

- Documentation and communication of design choices to facilitate implementation

- Organization of the Figma file

Design and evolution of the SNU Admin platform, a complex business tool: UI design harmonization and consistency (DSFR), user flow structuring, handling of states and edge cases, documentation and communication to teams, contribution to functional evolutions (interviews, user testing, personas), in direct support of product delivery.

CONTEXT: Evolution of the National Universal Service (SNU) Admin platform, an internal business tool for operational teams responsible for managing the program. Integrated into an agile product team, I work as a Product Designer on structuring user flows, interface design, and UI harmonization, in compliance with DSFR, to ensure the readability, consistency, and quality of delivery, as well as with the Design Crew.

- Evolution of the SNU Admin platform, an internal business tool with high functional complexity

- Structuring and clarifying user flows for various business profiles

- Harmonization of interfaces and UI practices in compliance with DSFR

- Participation in product rituals with PM, developers, and business stakeholders

CONTEXT: Evolution of the france.tv platform interfaces, across all TV, Web, and mobile application environments, in a context of high volume, large-scale broadcasting, and for all audiences. As Lead UI, within multidisciplinary product teams, my role is to ensure interface consistency, support teams in delivery, and facilitate information flow between different france.tv products, as well as with content creators, to guarantee a homogeneous and controlled experience across all touchpoints.

TASKS:

- Embody the role of Lead UI within multidisciplinary product teams

- Translate editorial and technical constraints into design solutions, in partnership with the Lead UX

- Define and maintain interface consistency across all platforms (TV, Web, Apps)

- Structure information hierarchy and multi-device UI grids

- Prioritize UI topics by user and product impact, with the Product Manager

- Close collaboration with product, technical, and design teams
