Coordinate actions with client technical referents and the Technical Department, manage escalations in specialized tools, monitor resolution until normal service is restored, while ensuring clear communication, training of IT teams, and complete technical reporting. Provide advanced technical support to field teams during installations by analyzing commissioning failures (network layers, equipment configuration, connectivity, and protocols), by guiding technicians in corrective procedures in real-time, and by optimizing activation conditions to ensure service delivery from the first intervention. Ensure the migration of the company's ERP software from SAGE100 to ODOO, while taking into account and identifying the technical and operational constraints of the project. Plan weekly follow-up meetings with the software publisher to resolve problems related to various encountered constraints. Set up milestones to measure project progress by defining clear and achievable objectives. Plan user training and create training materials.

Responsible for the administration and operation of the Enterprise network (B2B). Also involved in Level 2 Operations and Installation support.
