Structuring, negotiation, and monitoring of all contractual commitments; optimization of General Terms and Conditions of Sale, General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, and standard contracts; raising awareness among teams on contractual issues and reflexes in case of incidents and disputes; development of internal legal culture.

Creation of a comprehensive training module for MBA-level students on the design and drafting of compliance policies (approximately one hundred hours of courses):

• Conduct regulatory diagnosis and identify priority risks;

• Structure, draft, and deploy compliance policies;

• Focus on key compliance areas: Sapin II Law, GDPR, and competition;

• Evaluate, communicate, and update compliance policies.

Legal and Insurance Department of Groupe ADP: Management of the legal department (5 lawyers) and support for operational departments across all Parisian sites:

• Negotiation and securing of complex contracts.

• Creation of contract templates (leases, service agreements with airlines, GTCS, public procurement, partnerships, NDAs) and support for sales and HA teams in their implementation.

• Advice on administrative law, business law, and compliance (GDPR).

• Management of claims, disputes, and pre-litigation.

• Oversight of internal procedures and management of delegations.
