The implementation took place within a complex organizational structure involving Pôle Emploi, Cap Gemini, and Inetum, with a project team of around 100 people.

- Architectural Responsibility: Specification, sizing, and validation of the target architecture.

Data and Cloud Consultant – FinOps / SecOps (Azure & AWS)

As a Data and Cloud Consultant, I was responsible for a cloud landscape with over 1,000 accounts and subscriptions, more than 5,000 servers, and 2 PB of data in S3 and EBS as part of the Cloud Accelerator Program. My focus was on FinOps and SecOps governance, optimizing cloud architectures, and developing methods and tools for cost control and security.
