SNCF Management Controller Monitoring of intellectual services procurement budget within the Digital General Directorate

▪ Manage the Management Cycle (budget monitoring, expense monitoring, accrual collection) for the Production Engineering Services (SPI) Department and the Digital Core domain, in consultation with the Finance & Procurement General Directorate (DGFA) of the Digital General Directorate (DGNUM) and with the agents in its scope

- Update accruals every month and comment on the variance between accruals, consumption, and budget

▪ Actively participate in awareness and economic culture dissemination actions for operational staff and inform them of company developments on these topics

▪ Manage the interface between the DGNUM departments and the Economic Strategy Steering (PSE) department on management control and procurement topics

▪ Participate in order and contract reviews between departments and DGFA/Procurement

▪ Contribute to internal control

Monitoring of investment budget repair within the Information Systems and Telecommunications (SIT) department

▪ Develop multi-year investment forecasts

-Develop the investment budget for the information systems and telecommunications department over a 4-year horizon

▪ Participate in project reviews

-Provide and complete financial information during the semi-annual review of the most significant projects

▪ Prepare investment budgets

-Analyze investment budget variances between forecasts and actuals to date, in order to achieve the year-end forecast and prepare the following year's budget
