Operate and maintain the national video protection perimeter on the following equipment: BAU, camera, operator station, QUAD, image wall. Manage the piloting, monitoring, and execution of video protection network lifecycle operations. Provide L2 support to operational services on the system infrastructure and video network: Handle incidents reported by supervision/telecom teams. Develop operating procedures, data processing, and report generation, as well as file production. Analyze and continuously improve maintenance and incident response processes (organization, support for piloting, and co-animation). Verify the compliance of site files (VI, DOE...) provided by the MOE.

Monitor projects (Affluence, SurveillanceTrain En Marche...). Perform maintenance perimeter entries (EPM). Participate in client meetings (communication of results, areas for improvement). Manage client requests concerning video protection systems. Contribute to technical configuration management operations. Manage user profiles, verify declarations, and equipment settings.

Handle incidents reported by clients until resolution. Perform control tests on equipment installed internally/at clients (network configuration, server addition, monitoring tool configuration). Keep internal tools up-to-date (Monitoring/Ticketing). Support the operational team for production deployments and participate in field deployments, commissioning. Install, create user accounts/Active Directory, bash scripts. Manage material stock (stock control, material ordering, invoicing, quotes). Write and update technical documentation for infrastructures deployed at clients/internally.
