    AgfaPhoto Europe is an iconic brand that until now lacked a clear digital positioning. My role was to rethink its presence on Instagram by building a coherent, embodied, and desirable editorial universe, capable of attracting a young, arty, and curious audience, while remaining accessible to parents buying for their children.

    My role:
    👉 Establish a strong aesthetic direction: a creative, arty, and underground universe that is always welcoming and inspiring, in line with the actual practices of the photography community
    👉 Develop a coherent editorial strategy, structuring content categories (UGC, tips, products, real life) that highlight both the brand's expertise and the cultural universe it represents
    👉 Develop an embodied art direction to give each post a recognizable visual signature and build an identifiable narrative thread in the feed
    👉 Ensure complete social media management: photo selection, Reel editing, story cover creation, writing poetic and keyword-rich captions, reporting, and strategic analysis
    👉 Enhance the existing community by editorializing UGC content, to anchor Agfa as a living brand, driven by those who use it daily

My role was to reposition it with a strong, emotional, and accessible digital identity, by building an editorial universe that speaks to both photography enthusiasts and new generations.

    My role:
    👉 Define a creative and strategic approach to embody Kodak in the digital age: warm, cultural, embodied, never technical or condescending
    👉 Imagine a clear editorial line where UGC, Reels, and home shoots create a coherent, inspiring, and lively identity
    👉 Oversee the art direction of quarterly shoots: from set design packshots to real-life scenes, to build an activatable and recognizable image bank
    👉 Ensure global social media management: visual selection, Reel editing, feed coherence, writing poetic and embodied captions, moderation, reporting, and strategic analysis
    👉 Value the community and make it a pillar of the brand, by editorializing shared content to create an emotional and unifying bond

    👉 Imagine a bold editorial line, without taboos, that truly speaks to users: desire, freedom, libido, encounters, rejections, pleasures, and frustrations
    👉 Humanize the brand through a friendly tone of voice, embodied by the community manager, between confessions, anecdotes, and direct conversations with the community
    👉 Produce engaging content ideas, both trashy & tender, funny but never gratuitous, in a pop & unapologetic visual universe
