I created and developed the communication department, with a global vision focused on growth, visibility, and performance.

I supported learners in developing skills in IT tools, office automation, and social media, adapting content to individual needs and levels.

In parallel, I contributed to the development of educational and communication materials, designing clear, structured, and engaging content.

I also participated in the creation of e-learning modules, structuring training paths to make them accessible, effective, and interactive.
