I intervene when a project already exists, but its expression does not yet match its ambition. Starting from an existing document, a brief, scattered notes, or oral exchanges, I clarify the message, strengthen the positioning, refine the tone, and build a readable, coherent, and defensible deliverable.

My experience of over 20 years in performing arts, audiovisual, production, development, and distribution allows me to combine editorial rigor, understanding of on-the-ground challenges, and a sense of efficiency.

I work quickly, methodically, and with particular attention to structure, information hierarchy, accuracy of tone, and the ability to persuade without overdoing it.
