I worked remotely from home, I had projects that the client listed and distributed according to the profiles she had. I was mainly in charge of major accounts and international events with a primarily English-speaking clientele. We carry out projects from A to Z, i.e., management of the budget requested by the client, its monitoring, canvassing the hotels we needed to accommodate clients, price negotiation per night, and contracting.

Following an internal promotion, I was transferred to the Paris headquarters in a customer relations team and was mainly responsible for the field management follow-up of the front teams of the establishments I was in charge of, as well as their training. I traveled to resorts (even to the other side of the world such as Seychelles or Mauritius) to ensure good customer follow-up and the quality approach of the operational teams.

I was in charge of a team of 20 to 30 people depending on the hotels to which I was transferred. My job was to manage the monetary flows of the resort, the organization of the schedules of a service open 24/7, as well as the room schedule for requests from our regular clients and families on stay. And finally, team development, i.e., improving the skills of each person through a training program.
