Responsible for mandatory and regulatory cybersecurity training and transverse project management.

Within the Security and Data Protection Department, I am in charge of all mandatory and regulatory training related to the Information System, in a transverse project management approach across the organization.

My role involves centralizing identified risks, actual threats (internal and external), and incident feedback, to integrate them concretely and pedagogically into training programs (e-learnings, specific modules, awareness campaigns).

I ensure:

- The definition and updating of regulatory and mandatory cybersecurity-related content

- The integration of real risks into training paths to ensure their operational relevance

- Global program management (planning, prioritization, stakeholder coordination)

- Monitoring of completion and performance indicators

- Implementation of targeted communication plans to achieve participation objectives

- Transverse collaboration with CISO, IT, compliance, HR, and communication teams

My objective is twofold:

✔️ Reduce human risk by transforming real threats into concrete and actionable learning

I thus operate at the interface between security, governance, and change management.

Cybersecurity Project Manager mission within the Security and Data Protection Department

Information Security and Data Protection PMO mission:

- Project management within the Security and Data Protection Department

- Ensuring the completion of regulatory training on IT Security for 9,000 employees

- Implementing a cybersecurity training plan

- Creating, implementing, and launching phishing simulation campaigns

- Creating reports and progress updates on the project(s) managed

- Monitoring and verifying project progress (quality / cost / deadline) and compliance with specifications

- Communicating on project progress

- Managing the project budget

- Monitoring project risks

- Ensuring project quality
