On assignment at ACC (Automotive Cells Company), I support the coordination of industrial projects for Stellantis in the electric battery sector.

My tasks:

Operational monitoring of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables

Coordination of technical teams (R&D, industrialization)

Risk analysis, reporting, and performance indicator updates

Product bill of materials management

Improvement of management tools (templates, dashboards, trackers)

This experience allows me to apply project management methods (agile, waterfall), while refining my rigor, my ability to work cross-functionally, and my strategic steering sense.

Monitoring and development of a network of approximately sixty stores independently. Enhanced product visibility on the shelves (15 relocations, etc.). Negotiation and staging of promotional campaigns: More than 35 boxes installed. Creation of new business opportunities, resulting in a 35% increase in the initial TSP of the network.
