Project planning and budget management with monthly and weekly reporting: solution to digitize invoice management (from capture to accounting entry, > 1M invoices/year).

• Execution in conjunction with the IT team and accountants: sprint planning, validation of exit criteria and project milestones with a team of consultants and developers (> 30 resources).

• Implementation of monitoring for testing and integration phases, per project.

• Development of a global data governance strategy for customers (data quality, ownership, origin): supplier database, master data, exchange rates….

• Development of processes for application maintenance.

• Definition, prioritization, and monitoring of the product roadmap, in collaboration with technical teams and accountants.

Scope: industrialization of the Cassiopae solution (SFP) 4.8/4.9Context: R&D Sopra Banking software, credit/automotive management ERP

• Design of the BO/FO/POS solution, leasing credit management: delivery of functional specifications for VWfinance/Yamaha/Santander Benelux/CA accounts.

• Collaboration with development teams to plan sprints, set objectives, and establish realistic deadlines using Agile methodology (teams in France / India / Tunisia, > 20 resources): solution definition, development, and integration testing.

• Management of communication regarding application evolutions, by organizing regular progress meetings, functional documentation, and demonstrations for client accounts
