With over 20 years of experience within the management committees of industrial and service SMEs, with responsibility for numerous structuring IT projects (implementation of ERP, CRM, websites, BI solutions), I now support SMEs / mid-sized companies in their digital transformation.

My strength is to finely understand the business / trade issues and make them intelligible for your IT service providers (publishers / integrators / internal or external developers, etc.) through specifications, functional needs expression documents or, if you work in agile mode, through user stories feeding a product backlog.

With a broad IT culture (I just obtained my specialized master's degree in information systems architecture at CentraleSupelec) coupled with a fine knowledge of various sectors such as industry, trade, telecommunications, software publishing, training, I work on global projects (i.e. implementation or optimization of ERP/CRM) or more specialized projects touching one of my functional areas of predilection, namely: sales management (cash to order) and marketing, supply chain (procurement, stock, scheduling, production, logistics).

I work in close collaboration with business teams and Management. For example, I facilitate thematic workshops and I often find that this collaborative approach significantly reduces the risks associated with change.

With a commercial background (Kedge Business School), I practiced this profession for nearly 7 years, then I joined the management of an SME to implement the ERP and take charge of the creation of technical data. This experience gave me a 360° view of the company's businesses and information flows. I then joined an ERP publisher / integrator to support the development of the structure. I worked as a freelancer for more than 4 years.
