Contribute to membership growth and revenue sustainability by strengthening engagement tracking, ensuring structured renewal processes and supporting acquisition efforts. Coordinate the development and operational delivery of member benefits, aligning services and programmes with stakeholder expectations to enhance retention and long-term value. Responsible for HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, contract documentation, payroll inputs, leave tracking and maintenance of confidential HR records. ICT governance and information security Lead internal ICT operations and manage the Microsoft 365 environment Stakeholder programme delivery Lead operational delivery of webinar programmes and the annual conference workshop track (24 sessions), coordinating speakers, sponsors, logistics and technical execution.
