Project cancelled due to the end of the partnership between Richemont and Farfetch. The requirements document will be retained and updated for future migration.---2. Digital & Phygital Game for the Perlée Collection (currently available at La Samaritaine in Paris):- Coordinated with the game design agency to create a phygital game around a key collection.
- Integrated 3D modeling of jewelry pieces.
- Designed an innovative phygital experience.
- Managed the project from start to finish: from briefing to design, through development and testing phases.

Managed the Discovery phase with the Valtech agency: CMS tender, and functional and technical scoping and design for the future site. Organized UX and technical workshops, facilitated by Valtech. Coordinated business and technical needs. Following the Discovery phase, the project was postponed to 2023 by the client due to budget constraints, leading to mission termination in May 2022.
