    PMO during the "Discovery" phase of a future redesign project for the geodis.com website (Geodis group) for about thirty countries. Managed the Discovery phase with the Valtech agency: CMS tender, and functional and technical scoping and design for the future site. Organized UX and technical workshops, facilitated by Valtech. Coordinated business and technical needs. Following the Discovery phase, the project was postponed to 2023 by the client due to budget constraints, leading to mission termination in May 2022.
