As the communication officer for La Source – Espace Jeunesse de Poissy, I managed and animated the digital communication for the organization, particularly through its Instagram account. My mission was to showcase the actions, events, and projects undertaken by La Source to young people and the local community, while respecting the institutional identity and objectives of the organization. I designed and disseminated visual and editorial content adapted to social media trends, ensuring consistency in the editorial line and graphic charter. I also managed publication scheduling, monitored community engagement, and moderated interactions to enhance the visibility and attractiveness of the organization. Through this role, I developed a rigorous approach to institutional communication on social media, combining content strategy, clear messaging, and proximity to target audiences.

As part of the educational series "Histoire de réviser avec Thibault Hycarius," produced for the educational platform Lumni by Goldenia Studios and driven by the pedagogy and creativity of presenter Thibault Hycarius, I served as a production assistant and junior production manager during filming, contributing to the implementation of a demanding and innovative audiovisual project. My role involved supporting the production teams in all preparatory and logistical stages of the show, from scheduling shoots to overseeing post-production. In a short and dynamic format of about four minutes per episode, the series revisits key moments in French history with clarity and pedagogical rigor, requiring me to work in an environment where precision, responsiveness, and coordination are essential. Alongside the production team, I managed shooting schedules, coordinated technical and creative teams, and monitored content until its broadcast on the platform. I also participated in internal communication between various stakeholders, ensuring the consistency of deliverables and adherence to deadlines imposed by the project's editorial requirements. Through this experience, I developed the ability to simultaneously manage multiple aspects of audiovisual production, anticipate operational needs, and provide reliable support to producers and artistic teams. My involvement in a large-scale educational project, combining documentary rigor and visual creativity, demonstrates my commitment to structured, relevant, and impactful productions.

I am involved in the management and coordination of projects related to communication, casting, and talent support, ensuring a rigorous and structured approach tailored to the demands of the creative and institutional sectors. In terms of community management, I design, plan, and supervise content distribution on social media. Casting management is also a central part of my responsibilities. I identify, select, and coordinate artistic profiles based on specific project needs. I ensure the smooth running of casting processes, from taking the brief to logistical organization and follow-up with selected talents, guaranteeing professionalism, clarity, and efficiency. Finally, I support models throughout their professional careers, providing personalized and structured guidance. This support includes artistic direction, project preparation, professional relationship management, and adherence to contractual frameworks. My goal is to foster a calm, professional work environment conducive to talent development, while meeting the requirements of partners and productions.
