Supporting the DataLab team (62 people) and their business units in valuing Data projects through Business Cases, focusing on 3 areas:

1. Design & development of a LowCodeNoCode application on Microsoft PowerPlatform for evaluating the multidimensional value of projects.

2. Optimization and change management for business units and Data project managers: "Hands-on" workshops; tutorial & promotional videos; social media communication;

3. Integration into the overall IT demand management & commitment process: Cross-functional IT department workshops to support business transformation, adaptations of tools.

2 parallel missions within GRTgaz's IT department:

1. Supporting the DataLab in tooling and change management for project value analysis (business process redesign through workshops and lean methodology, development of a global project value assessment matrix, calculation matrices for business case costs and gains, user journey deployment on a PowerApps application, information videos, supporting teams in adoption by business product owners and IT project managers).

2. Digital Project Manager within the "Turb'Inn" digital innovation project acceleration program:

Deployment of Design Thinking x Lean Startup methodology: Scoping needs, Journey mapping, Solution sourcing, Business Case valuation, Digital prototype experimentation, Review and recommendations for solution deployment or not.

2 projects for GRTgaz Network operators (potential impact 800 people): digitization of the stock management process for regional depots; opening of real-time network management data on the company's GIS mapping tool.

2 parallel missions for GRTgaz's IT department:

1. Redesign of the DataLab's project value management processes

> Diagnosis with demand management stakeholders (business Product and EPIc owners, IT project managers and validators, controlling manager)

> Lean process redesign workshops

> Action roadmap & implementation monitoring

> Development of an upstream project viability assessment matrix for decision optimization

> Integration into a LowCode NoCode Application

> Change management support

> Agile management of evolutions

2. Support for the company's digital innovation projects using Lean Startup Design methodology

> Adaptation and monitoring of the existing Lean Startup method within the digital transformation team: persona workshops, needs, solutions, digital prototyping, experimentation, synthesis for GO/NO GO implementation.

> Support for 2 innovation projects:

1. Digitization of real-time gas facility monitoring on the GIS tool (geographic representation)

2. Digitization and automation of network management stock monitoring in the region
