After having the opportunity to lead the AFCC - Arts de Faire Culinaires au Collège® (in Charente | Nouvelle Aquitaine) research & food education program for 7 years (starting September 2013), alongside a 3-year longitudinal action-research project in marketing | consumer behavior study (Doctoral thesis), I launched my company Proj'Éduc Lab: project methodology & training, in 2019.

I have been working on the theme of healthy & sustainable food for 12 years.
As an expert & trainer in project methodology / engineering, I have the privilege of supporting diverse and exciting projects (in France, Switzerland, Canada, etc.) with committed partners.

Objectives:
Initiate, support, develop, evaluate, promote, and equip your health & food projects.
