As part of my independent practice, I act as a trusted partner to secure and optimize the financial trajectory of various structures (VSEs, SMEs, associations, and CSEs). My mission is to transform accounting data into a true decision-making tool.

Areas of technical intervention:

• Creation & Forecasting Engineering: Business plan modeling, choice of tax/social options, and setting up the initial accounting architecture.

• Business Expertise: Supervision of bookkeeping, cycle review, closing of annual accounts, and preparation of tax returns. Optimization of the director's personal income tax (IRPP).

• Social & HR: Production of payslips, management of employee onboarding/offboarding (contracts, terminations), and compliance with social security declarations (DSN).

• Performance & Reporting: Development of financial diagnoses, implementation of monthly dashboards, and cash flow monitoring to anticipate financing needs.

• Judicial Restructuring Support (RJ): Continuity diagnosis, preparation of status reports, and liaison with administrators.

• Transition Management: Operational replacement within financial departments to ensure service continuity during periods of change.

• Co-contracting: Technical support for fellow firms on complex cases or during peak activity periods.

Preparation of balance sheets and presentation of accounts to clients, Consulting, Forecasting, Preparation of tax returns including income tax, Participation in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees, Team management: organization, monitoring, and development of monthly schedules.

Portfolio of VSEs/SMEs: Auctioneers, CSEs, restaurateurs, industrial companies, construction, coaching, liberal professions, etc.

From review to tax return preparation, including the development of dashboards, pro forma budgets, mission reports, activity reports, and reporting. Processing supplier payments and participating in statutory and contractual audit missions. SME Portfolio: CSEs, eco-organizations, associations, foundations, unions, industrial, commercial, and construction companies, holding companies, political parties, etc.
