I supervise all technical installations for a casino integrated into a 90-room hotel complex with a pool and spa. I ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and safety of building equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, fire safety systems, pools, and aquatic equipment). I plan preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate external service providers, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards for public access buildings and casinos.

I guarantee 24/7 service continuity, essential for the establishment's operations, while optimizing energy consumption and operating costs. I participate in renovation and technical improvement projects, in collaboration with management, to maintain a high level of comfort, safety, and service quality for customers and staff.

I perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment in an automotive industry setting. I work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems to ensure production continuity and minimize line stoppages. I diagnose faults, perform necessary repairs, and contribute to equipment improvement to optimize performance and reliability.

I also participate in defining and implementing maintenance methods, structuring operating procedures, preventive maintenance plans, and technical standards to enhance equipment reliability and availability.

Finally, I contribute to the design, improvement, and commissioning of machinery and industrial processes, in collaboration with engineering departments and production teams. I participate in industrialization projects, new equipment integration, and production line optimization, ensuring their performance, safety, and ergonomics.

I coordinate with production teams and other technicians to ensure facility safety and adherence to quality standards. I log interventions in tracking tools, participate in malfunction analysis, and propose continuous improvement actions. I also ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures specific to the automotive sector.
