Fifteen years of web development and digital project management, now dedicated to a single sector: energy renovation.
As a graduate Energy Renovation Study Manager, I assist homeowners and project owners throughout their project — building audit, costed renovation scenarios, aid application processing, contractor selection, and supervision until site acceptance.
In parallel, I am developing ScanReno, a platform of tools for professionals in the sector: RGE artisans, engineering firms, co-ownership managers. Energy performance simulation, aid calculation, compliance verification for energy saving certificates, co-ownership management.
Both activities feed into each other. It is by practicing the trade that one identifies what is missing to perform it serenely, and it is by building the tools that one truly measures the complexity of the system.
Because the problem is this: regulations weigh as much on those who do the work as on those who commission it. A technically flawless renovation can be invalidated due to a poorly chosen date or an expired qualification. Aid schemes overlap without communicating with each other. And everything is constantly evolving.
