I led this project from start to finish — user research, UX, UI, then front-end integration (HTML/CSS/JS, deployed on GitHub). The central challenge: to make an artisanal activity fragmented across multiple channels (Instagram, Vinted, direct messages) clear and reassuring for non-technical users. 5 exploratory user tests guided the choices for structure, hierarchy, and reassurance. Result: a clear journey from discovery to contact, with a progressive form that reduces friction and improves the quality of inquiries received.
