**MD Consulting**: Strategic consulting in organization and Human Resources. I support leaders in their thinking and structuring decisions: clarifying roles, change management, managing sensitive or complex situations. An intervention that allows for stepping back, securing directions, and building sustainable foundations.
**MD Coaching**: Support for unique responsibilities (Leaders, Founders, HR, Managers). These roles have something in common: they are the ones everyone turns to, they are often alone in their role, and they bear the human decisions. I offer a space to discuss what cannot be said elsewhere and regain clarity.
**MD Evolution**: I work with companies, schools, and institutions to support the evolution of human and managerial skills through tailor-made collective interventions. These programs focus particularly on emotional intelligence, posture, communication, HR fundamentals, and relational dynamics. They aim to support sustainable development by strengthening the quality of interactions and the maturity of human functioning within teams.
