    The client comes from sales in physical stores, such as supermarkets. As store sales are falling, the client has decided to diversify and launch online sales.

    The client is new to digital. Initially, they entrusted digital development to various technicians with little experience. They quickly had to face many problems: poorly developed site on Prestashop, digital actions in all directions, and trendy (social networks, influencers), but no results in terms of sales.

    The client contacted us a little over a year after launching their site, on the recommendations of another of our clients, because it was not taking off despite all their efforts.

    After 6 months, we managed to reach a first volume objective, and more than triple their monthly turnover (X4 or X5 some months).

    TECHNICAL ACTIONS – CORRECT THE SITE

    The site had been particularly poorly built. In particular, it was particularly slow, a slowness that was really detrimental. I also had to correct many "bugs". And change servers.

    As an externalized Marketing Director, I was in charge of developing the entire marketing strategy of the e-commerce. The company entrusted me with a budget of several tens of thousands of euros each month. I defined the best actions to take, I invested the budget in the appropriate campaigns, and I did a very thorough and rigorous reporting each month.

    Results in 3 years:
    • I more than doubled the turnover, with 13,000 sales per month, while halving the monthly budget invested
    • I strongly diversified its sources of profits (before sales only came from Google Adwords.
