My role was to collect client needs, analyze them to establish necessary solutions with technical teams for project execution, while engaging client-side teams to obtain the appropriate solution for their needs. I was responsible for conducting studies in collaboration with technical teams (OS, DBA, or server-side) as well as managing the execution, challenging technical teams, setting milestones, and establishing intervention planning to meet project deadlines.

• IT Request Management: studies of the infrastructure requested by business units:

• creation of physical/VMware servers,

• Storage, RAM, CPU increase,

• Launching network studies,

• Organizing workshops in collaboration with technical teams to establish solutions (adding storage, increasing volume: IOPS, RAM, CPU, requesting new physical or virtual infrastructure)

• Collaboration with technical and functional architects (Datacenter, Citrix, SAN, LANFREE, servers),

• Cost estimation, proposing solutions, drafting technical consolidation documents.

• Infrastructure request studies

• Project Management: kick-off, milestone construction, meeting minutes, technical workshops, planning, deadline management, budget monitoring and adherence, and delivery quality management.

As part of the company's business units migration to the new workstation, my role was to collect workstation stocks from the group's foreign business units, to replace them with new equipment, list all machines: their type, their purpose (for which job they should be prepared), and plan with service providers for workstation delivery and user training. I also served as PMO to the program director, managing small projects and supporting project managers on large projects.

• Cost estimation of the number of machines for different business units for the Skynote 10 project, Monitoring of 'hardware and training' projects in communication with foreign business units

• Coordination of the Teksial business unit migration project (1500 users)
