This involved managing 1200 participants and five hotels over three days of pre-conference meetings and two days of plenary sessions, including two cocktail receptions and a themed evening. The conference was unique in being hybrid, with 1180 in-person attendees and about a hundred remote participants connected via a dedicated event platform. Several interactive elements were used to engage the plenary sessions.
