I am Emilie, currently working as a freelance Hybrid Event Consultant for Chanel.

I recently organized the Forvis Mazars General Assembly in Barcelona from December 9th to 13th, 2024, with the SMC agency. This involved managing 1200 participants and five hotels over three days of pre-conference meetings and two days of plenary sessions, including two cocktail receptions and a themed evening. The conference was unique in being hybrid, with 1180 in-person attendees and about a hundred remote participants connected via a dedicated event platform. Several interactive elements were used to engage the plenary sessions.

Previously, I worked for LOSAM, a B2B marketing and networking agency. My role was to engage communities of decision-makers from CAC 40 companies by implementing a marketing and event strategy. Through several themed meetups, participants could network and discuss major transformation or innovation challenges in their respective industries. The underlying objective was to generate qualified leads for our partner by targeting their priority accounts.

As a 360° project manager, I followed and managed multiple communication projects for Treize Cent Treize agency, specializing in real estate communication and territorial transformation, from brief to the delivery of various communication materials.

I also worked for the Franco-American company Volterra as a Communication and Event Officer, and for the Hypee Events agency as a Social Media Manager.

These five years of experience have allowed me to organize, manage, and implement corporate events, public events, and sponsorships. I now wish to leverage my skills by organizing marketing, creative, experiential, physical, digital, and/or hybrid projects.
