Since March 2024, I have been managing content production for Doctolib's patient information website, with an initial focus on mental health. I oversee the entire editorial process: recruiting and onboarding writers, setting up a smooth production workflow, creating SEO briefs (angle, search intent, outline, keywords, medical constraints), proofreading and harmonizing articles (clarity, pedagogy, patient-friendly tone, editorial consistency), and managing approvals for publication.

In parallel, I have structured and optimized processes: building the editorial charter, standardizing templates, continuously improving workflows and quality criteria. I work in close coordination with the Medical Excellence and Marketing teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment.

So far, I have covered several topics: mental health, nutrition, cancer prevention, metabolic diseases, and women's health, with a constant requirement: to produce reliable, accessible, and useful content for patients.

Since January 2023, I have been working as an editorial manager for B2B and B2C health platforms in regulated environments.

At Roche, I managed the Environment section of the Rochepro website (health professionals) and contributed to the overall website redesign: scoping, sitemap, prioritization, planning, and launch.

I also manage the writing and content management for several therapeutic areas with the Patient Journey teams, as well as medical approvals.

In parallel, I brief and supervise medical writers, ensure quality control, and produce various formats (web, emailing, educational materials, video/podcast scripts), with occasional wireframing on Figma with UX/UI teams.
